- Generating leads for the call centre sales team.
- Recruiting and managing teams of field-based sales executives serving the target Kenyan, Ugandan and Tanzanian diaspora communities in the UK.

- Knowledge of the Kenyan, Ugandan or Tanzanian diasporas in the UK. Being originally from Africa is an added advantage.

- Minimum of 4–6 years’ experience in accounting or financial reporting roles.
