SCOTLAND: FAMILY and friends gathered in Livingston, West Lothian last Friday as they bade farewell to Chitsidzo Veronica Chinyanga who died at the Royal Infirmary of Edinburgh on June 9.
Her daughter Nkechinyere Kori Chinyanga commended Diaspora Insurance for the support the family received from the company to help them through the tragedy.
“I’m so grateful for the support,” she said. “I didn’t even know that my mum had a policy with Diaspora Insurance, but seeing it there I was just so grateful.
“They helped us with printing order of service booklet as well as live-streaming so that my family back in Zimbabwe could also follow proceedings.”

Chitsidzo died tragically aged 42 following a disturbance at her Broxburn residence in West Lothian, Scotland.
She was discovered injured at her home at around 7.55pm on Sunday, June 9.

Her husband Kasikai Chinyanga was arrested and has since appeared at the Livingston Crown Court charged with her murder.
Vee as she was affectionately known was described by her family and friends as “a beacon of joy and positivity, always radiating warmth and kindness to everyone she encountered”.
