What Is Zimfest ?
Zimfest Live is the UK’s largest annual festival celebrating Zimbabwean culture, bringing together thousands of people to enjoy live music, food, arts, fashion and family entertainment.
First held in 2001 as a small community gathering behind Wandsworth Prison in South West London, the festival has grown into one of the world’s best-known Zimbabwean cultural events. Today, Zimfest has expanded internationally, with editions taking place in Cape Town, Perth, Brisbane and Oslo.
In 2026, Zimfest Live returns to Delapré Abbey in Northampton for another memorable celebration of Zimbabwean culture and community.
