- Knowledge of the Kenyan, Ugandan or Tanzanian diasporas in the UK. Being originally from Africa is an added advantage.

- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Professional accounting qualification or progress towards qualification (e.g., ACCA, CIMA, ACA, SAICA or equivalent) will be advantageous.
- Minimum of 4–6 years’ experience in accounting or financial reporting roles.
- Experience working with UK GAAP and FRS 102 reporting standards is essential.
- Experience in group reporting and financial consolidations.
